Somerville College

Description

During the First World War, Somerville college was converted into a convalescent hospital for officers, the Somerville Section of the 3rd Southern General Hospital. The few remaining students were relocated to Oriel College.
This collection contains pictures and documents that relate to the college, its members, and staff and patients at the hospital during the war years.
